James Harshfield
James Harshfield is a native of the beautiful state of
Idaho. His creative imagination and diverse writing skills contributes to
his success as a writer. The depth of his rich life experiences provides
substance to the content of his writing. His curiosity has taken him on a
life long journey to discover the core elements of spiritual truths. His
keen insight into life allows him to express ideas in a unique, gentle,
exciting and creative manner.
He has two brothers Larry and John and a sister Angela. James is married to
Barbara Dutli Harshfield sharing the blessings of four children (Mark, Greg,
Tonya and Thomas) and two grandchildren (Amber and Christopher). James has
a bachelors, masters and doctoral degrees in education. He has worked many
years as an educator. James has the unique interest of writing in a wide
range of genre (children, fantasy and spirituality).
Barbara Harshfield
Barbara Dutli Harshfield was born and raised in
Enterprise, Oregon. She has a twin sister Beverly and brother Fred. Barbara
has devoted her adult life to being a successful homemaker, mother and wife.
She spent many years working as a daycare provider. Currently Barbara works
for Micron Corporation and has assumed the challenge of marketing the books
published through Rockjack Books. Barbara is an attractive and charming
person with the desire to add warmth and caring to the world. Her
accomplishments are not measured in terms of worldly wealth but rather in
the love she has given to family, friends and acquaintances.
